Had a really nice stay for one night. The double room was compact and neat with a view.- The location was marvelous and convenient, close to tram and buses, main thoroughfare, bars, cafes.

The location here is exceptional, the double room with a bath is high quality, and the room has a nice original design, plus there's great coffee available.

The hotel has a stunning and unbeatable location in the Haymarket area of Edinburgh. It's conveniently close to the city centre, bars, and restaurants.- I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay during my short business trip. 

This place is centrally located, near bars, restaurants, sights, and many tourist attractions.

The staff here were super friendly and really took care of us during our stay 😊. The location is great - there's a bus stop nearby and you can easily walk to downtown in just 20 minutes. It's so convenient! 

The beds were really comfy, and the room had an iron, ironing board, a kettle, and tea/coffee.

Guests enjoy complimentary breakfast with Black pudding, fruit, and toast; the convenient location is close to the tram line.
